Changing the mindset

The eye does not see what the mind does not know.

I will ask you to show me how you would normally respond to the questions that are likely to be thrown at you in the interview.

This will then let me see your thought processes.

With it, I can then attempt to recondition the way you think, so that you are well armed for whatever is thrown at you

Integrating your personal life

By getting to know you and your life outside of work, we can seamlessly bring in the transaferable skills that may not be immediately obvious to you.

EM recognises burn out is real.

Selling how you have methods of dealing it, whilst simultaneously bringing those skills and benefits from those activies back to EM is not straight forward to do.

But it does leave a lasting, positive impression.

Beating the clock

Since it's just you and me we will create sessions which work around you.

You are going to be signing up to some very, very intense sessions whereby i have one eye on the clock and one hand on the note pad...

To forge steel, one must first break down the initial component parts.

It then takes time, effort and expertise to create the final product.

My style is tough.
